Job Description:
The C-Suite Membership Concierge will serve as the primary liaison for Wall Street Journal C-Suite members and as the internal point of contact for all C-Suite events. The Wall Street Journal C-Suite organizations are by invitation-only memberships for qualified C-Suite executives, such as CEOs, CFOs, CIOs and CMOs for whom the Journal's conference and events team produces and executes events and experiences throughout the year. The C-Suite Concierge will be the main contact for members and their offices from the point that a member renews his/her membership or joins as a new member.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with newly confirmed members to activate subscriptions
Ongoing outreach to members' PAs/EAs to promote, market and encourage sign up for upcoming member-exclusive events
Regular communication with members' PAs/EAs who are attending C-Suite events regarding onsite logistic and agenda details
Provide support on-site at relevant C-Suite events and point-of-contact for members.
Regular follow up with members post events:
• to solicit feedback regarding events they attended, and to remind them of next upcoming event
• to share feedback regarding events they did not attend, and to remind the of next upcoming event
Assist with vetting candidates for membership
Work with the international sales team to ensure smooth transition to membership and improve overall membership experience
Maintain the event registration system for c-suite members
