Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy Analytics and the overall Management Sciences department, which is responsible for the continued development of NBCUniversal’s corporate analytics capabilities, in particular for forecasting and reporting across both our Linear (TV) and Digital footprints.
Here's what you'll do in this role
Provide professional phone coverage at all times; screen all calls and determine through independent judgment those which require immediate attention
Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings
Overall management of busy calendars
Process and track expense reimbursements
Maintain and update contacts lists
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate filing system.
Assist with the onboarding logistics of new hires
Prepare power point presentations
Assist team with handling requests for Research department
Assist with ad hoc projects
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications

Proficient with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/Power Point
