About the position
In this role Partner Integration Consultant will work as a contributor to a cross-functional team, you will develop an understanding of the technical challenges for doing business with our transactional and informational web services and support partners in your region as they seek to adopt the use of those web services thus improving productivity and efficiency for Autodesk and its partners.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the GEO DDWS Business leader and determine an effective integration strategy including key milestones
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to our partners on business-value based strategic technical initiatives.
• Support the roll-out of Autodesk's global network of partner resellers as new web services are launched.
• Support technical partner resources in your assigned GEO as they optimize and test web services that integrate with Autodesk Systems
• Provide consulting support to partners as they complete User Acceptance testing of Autodesk web services
• Consult with Partner technical staff within external distributor and reseller partner companies, providing integration consultation and ensure that all appropriate testing is fully complete prior to certification for go-live
• Maintain API documentation supporting Autodesk web Services
• Provide feedback to Autodesk technical staff on partner reseller feedback for REST web Service requirements, design and API testing.
• Travel as required in your region (10-15%) to support Partner technical teams
Qualifications and requirements
• Technical consulting experience required.
• Strong track record in supporting the rollout of major technical initiatives.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise CRM (Salesforce/Siebel) and SAP applications
• Strong knowledge of integration options regarding CRM/SAP
• Minimum 8yrs of relevant experience
• Demonstrated expertise in effective use of REST web services
• Hands on experience in one scripting language Groovy or Java Script.
• Swagger documentation experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP, SFDC and Siebel
• Fluent in English and any other European language is a plus.
