Autodesk MCO SUBSCRIPTION SALES MANAGER
The Subscription Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of Autodesk Subscription sales through our indirect channels. This position is responsible for driving the sales, awareness, renewal and attach of Maintenance Subscription within the Autodesk indirect sales channel. This role requires interaction with various internal and external teams including end user customers, Autodesk partners, Partner Managers, marketing teams and Territory Managers. MCO territory represents all of the Caribbean, Central America and South America excluding Brazil and Mexico.
Key to this role is being able to articulate value, inspire and sell the Autodesk Subscription offerings. As a trusted advisor and coach, the subscription sales manager is the subscription sales success leader and provides their customers and partners with a Success Blueprint and business roadmap
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Increase and achieve growth goals for Autodesk maintenance subscription billings, renewal and attach for Autodesk Products in MCO channel
2. Prepare and present; subscription business analysis, presentations, reporting, metrics.
3. Support channel sales teams and channel partners with customer visits and deal development.
3. Interface with corporate Autodesk team and channel sales development to develop and execute new sales programs
4. Support the development of core field sales &marketing programs including but not limited to sales tools, awareness campaigns, and program development
5. Assist in the development of business plans, strategy, and subscription program positioning and goal setting
6 Identify, develop and execute with channel partners, specific opportunities to implement best practices to achieve Best in Class metrics
Specific Job Duties:
• Achieve assigned sales quotas and provide regular forecasts for the subscription business
• Sales Results Reporting: Report detailed sales results by partner, customer segment, region, sales channel, and product.
• Provide analytical support for the business by generating business trend analysis in standardized and ad hoc sales reports.
• Coordinate and execute collaborative channel partner, territory sales and customer sales meetings to increase subscription performance
• Document and share best practices; create environment for effective field and partner communication.
• Work with team to establish and implement sales programs
• Drive the strategy and objectives within the specific sales teams and channel partners
• Work with Channel Partners and Autodesk Sales to educate program changes, sales strategies, subscription promotions, overall awareness of the program - Work with Channel Partners on end customer nurture programs to drive customer value, registration and usage of subscription benefits.
• Communicate and sell the value of subscription and Advanced Support
• Serve as an escalation point for issues that impact the customer's and partner success and drive risk mitigation.
• Contribute thought leadership and best practice around business transformation.
Objectives:
• Exceed all program stated billings, renewal and attach metrics as outlined within the corporate fiscal year
• Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and channel teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate program teams
• Work extensively with program team to ensure effective marketing and program enhancements.
• Successful execution of Subscription education and awareness sessions
Requirements:
• BS Degree is required in Business Management or related Marketing
• Excellent writing skills, excel skills and analysis skills
• Spanish and English speaking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record in closing sales that required extended sales campaigns and collaborative selling
• Ability to be highly successful in a matrix management organization
• Excellent understanding of division’s products and clients’ needs
• Proven track record of bringing new ideas to execution
• Understanding of marketing research and demographics analysis techniques
• Strong evangelical and presentation skills
Travel:
• 40% or more depending on business conditions
Work Location:
• Buenos Aires, Argentina
Desired Knowledge & Work Experience:
• 6+ years’ experience in sales for a technology business.
• 6+ years’ experience in recurring business models.
• Specific experience driving service renewal and attach rates.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Salesforce.com
