Responsibilities
• Ensure punctual delivery of ad sales content from creative teams, including: editorial content, video, photos and art
• Provide calendars of content promotion and social promotion to Ad Sales
• Assist in management of the Fandango.com Programming Calendar
• Work with Publishing teams to ensure that all content placements are published by their specified times and are QC-clear
• Ensure that all requests and inquiries from Ad Sales are handled in a timely manner
• Manage relationships and communication with Ad Sales and other internal teams
• Assist in the creation of PowerPoint decks to showcase content to Ad Sales
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
• 1 + years of digital content publishing experience
• 1 + years of online ad sales experience
• 2 + years of Entertainment Industry experience
• Experience working in a tight, deadline-driven environment
• Experience adhering to daily or weekly content update publishing schedule
• Experience in a client-facing environment
• Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
