The Event Programmer is responsible for the development and maintenance of all events and information through the Ticketmaster Resale platform. They will ensure event information on the marketplace is accurate, and up to date, whilst trouble shooting and solving system issues for buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities:
Event Building and Checking
• Prepare, create, check and maintain all types of performances to ensure all events are programmed accurately and correctly
• Update and edit maps
• Create, update and check accurate information on online page
• Ensure the use of correct standardised forms
• Build and maintain events, links and advertising assets between primary and secondary systems
Co-ordination of Event information / on-sales
• Monitor primary markets for upcoming onsales and popular events
• Assist in the co-ordination of event onsales
• Assist in the preparation of event, inventory, and sales reports
• Provide sales information and ad hoc system reports
• Assist in monitoring and removing listings and events
Troubleshooting
• Provide support on barcoded transactions for buyers and sellers
• Anticipate problems within event builds and plan contingencies and strategies
• Communicate accurate event information to all relevant teams
• Provide administrative, technical and specialised support
Other
• Adopt a team approach in order to maintain the quality and consistency of the department’s output
• Provide feedback to facilitate updating of manuals and procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours on rostered shifts as required
