DESCRIPTION:
The Traffic Assistant is responsible for working directly with the Traffic Manager and other Traffic Assistants to assist with various daily duties, including continuity in a fast-paced environment. This position is up to 20 hours per week/Monday-Friday. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Assist in entry and set up of commercial copy instructions and audio in CBS proprietary Traffic System
• Reconcile broadcast logs
• Maintain Traffic files
• Complete and submit network and barter affidavits and oversee electron affidavits processed through AIM
• Serve as backup to Traffic staff as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a team player, self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Must be adaptable and flexible with the ability to shift priorities and learn new processes quickly
• Strong computer skills; including data entry and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have good organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate on all levels
• Attendance/punctuality is a must
