ABOUT US:
Established in 2007, CBS Films is a multifaceted studio handling the development, financing, production and marketing of theatrical motion pictures. CBS Films currently plans to release four to six movies a year spanning all genres and will oversee their global distribution with partners while self-distributing the titles theatrically in the United States. The studio has released more than a dozen films including "The Mechanic," "Beastly," "The Woman in Black," "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen," "Seven Psychopaths," The Kings of Summer," "The To Do List," "Last Vegas" and "Inside Llewyn Davis" to date. CBS Films upcoming release includes LOVE THE COOPERS which follows the Cooper clan as four generations of extended family come together for their annual Christmas Eve celebration. Release date: Nov. 13, 2015.
DESCRIPTION:
• Candidate will provide executive administrative support
• Coordinate and arrange full range of travel, including flights, cars, hotels for both Domestic and International
• Coordinate meetings and events, and put together meeting materials as required
• Greets clients, talent and executives
• Roll calls
• Attend meetings as required
• Monitor Executive’s emails
• Reconcile expense reports
• Type correspondence, etc.
• Answer telephones, maintain electronic telephone log (File Maker), distribute mail, send and receive faxes
• Maintain various files, records and logs
• Compose memos and correspondence for supervisor’s review and signature
• Perform clerical duties as needed
• Perform various related duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be detail oriented
Must be proficient with Mac/PC
Must be able to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, delegate and change course of action quickly
Must have strong organizational and follow thru skills, especially with travel/scheduling meetings
Must be a strong problem solver and effective communicator
Must be able to take initiative and also work as part of a team
Must keep a calm demeanor under pressure
Previous Executive Assistant experience required - preferably 5 years
