The Consumer PR Coordinator play a key role in supporting the Consumer PR EMEA team who is building general awareness of the brand and the content to consumer audiences across EMEA region.
The Coordinator will be in a role with high impact and visibility within our global teams and agencies. You are familiar with PR, a capable administrator, skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously across different time zones, love planning and managing the occasional event, from team meetings and offsites to media events. You are meticulous in attention to detail in handling accounts, communications and schedules, often under deadline, will be able to function autonomously and effectively using great judgement. You have experience in an administrative and operational function in an international, fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage PR meetings: you own the regular meetings the PR team has cross functionally, where you - rally agenda items, make sure that the right people can attend, cancel, etc. - own these events and their set-up.
Manage needs for Media Center:our Media Center is an important tool for PR, you ensure this stays up to date, for which input can come from different channels and when needed you work with the agencies to get translations.
Manage Newsletter:the Newsletter is an important tool in working with all the different agencies, this will be in your hands to manage. Which involves assessing needs, gathering the right assets and the timely distribution.
Connecting the dots globally:make sure that assets of all sorts are immortalized within Netflix and are shared with broader teams when needed.
Agency liaison: you are the point person for administrative and operational PR requests for all agencies in EMEA.
Support the PR Teamand the Event Manager EMEA on events including logistics, assets, tactical needs, invoicing.
