We are looking for a Compensation Analyst based in our San Francisco office to partner with our Revenue organization.
What You’ll Do:
Drive the calculation of incentive compensation for eligible employees with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and consistency as defined by the corresponding compensation programs and plans. Ensure operational excellence in our systems and practices to meet deadlines.
Collaborate directly with subject matter experts across Finance, HR, Sales Operations and Sales Leadership to align sales incentive designs with benchmark metrics.
Ensure execution of core compensation projects, with a scope beyond sales incentive plan design (e.g., compensation policies, new hires/transfers compensation, SPIFF bonus programs, etc.).
Effectively communicate appropriate information about compensation plans, calculations and achievement to global sales teams, upholding a positive employee experience.
Partner with our Sales Finance team to evaluate proposed sales compensation plan designs, in-year plan changes and special programs.
Stay on top of internal trends, relevant pay legislation and competitive market intelligence, to understand the potential impact to our pay philosophy, benchmarks and practices.

If this sounds like it might be you, you probably have:
• Hands on work experience in administering large-scale sales incentive plans and variable compensation programs
• Consulting background, with demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization
• Experience working in a high growth, dynamic business environment; tech industry experience highly desired
• Strong problem-solving, critical/analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in Sales Compensation
• BA/BS in Finance, Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Knowledgeable of US regulatory pay requirements, global knowledge is a plus
• Expert-level Excel skills, experience in Google Docs is a plus
• Familiarity with Workday, Xactly and Echosign is a plus
• Light travel may be necessary
