Are you someone who is detail oriented enough to be super organized amidst occasional chaos but flexible enough to enjoy the unpredictable nature of our days? The Assistant for our Engineering organization will be supporting 2 VP's of Engineering in our San Francisco office. It is important that this person can juggle diverse responsibilities with aplomb and humor.
What you'll Do
• Provide high-level administrative support to each VP of Engineering (Manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment, manage agendas and workstreams)
• Take ownership of your organization’s people and business priorities across multiple offices around the globe
• Anticipate and resolve issues within your organization before they arise
• Plan, coordinate, and execute varying types of internal and external meetings and events
• Manage and prioritize a variety of internal projects simultaneously, with little guidance
• Mentor new team members and build efficiency into current team processes

• Skilled communicator who is comfortable interfacing with a diverse range of people and job functions in all levels of the organization
• Excellent at time management with the ability to constantly adapt to emerging changes
• Able to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Interest and experience implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
• Passionate about Twitter and our mission
Requirements
• BA/BS degree with strong academic background preferred
• 4 years of relevant administrative support experience
• Strong calendar management skills
