Description
Works on the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Responsible for the implementation of product advertising, communications and promotions designed to publicise company product initiatives. Coordinates with various suppliers that offer advertising services, promotional programs, and other events. Works with sales team to determine required program support and our vendors.
This position typically reports to Marketing Manager, and is a Fixed Term role.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Market Research:
• Execute marketing and product launch activities. Work closely with sales organisation to support sales activities. Use local area knowledge to implement customised marketing efforts in order to increase demand and drive revenue generation. Create market awareness of Company and its solutions in various target markets. Provide expertise in one or more specialised areas of marketing depending on local need and organisational resources (e.g., MarCom, direct marketing, event planning, and/or web).
• Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing activities, events and campaigns, with the purpose of improving resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation.
• Create Marketing campaigns (mailings, Telemarketing, etc.) depending on expertise. Work with appropriate vendors to support campaigns. Align campaign within guidelines defined by marketing management.
• Create customer demand through various campaign initiatives (e.g., direct marketing, web based).
• Work with sales departments to determine appropriate customised programs and strategies for various market segments.
• Ensure that marketing activities tie in with overall corporate and area marketing strategy.
