Part-Time Sales Assistant

Must be available 3 days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Act as a support system to an Account Executive
• Mastery of both Wide Orbit Traffic and Sales Force software a plus
• Order entry
• Organize cash payments with advertisers
• Interface with AE and Advertisers on scripts & copy
• Broadcast experience a plus
Skills and Specifications:
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects
• Extremely organized individual with a professional attitude
• Flexible, resilient and self-motivated to work in a fast paced media sales environment
Education and Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
