We’re looking for a Senior Content Analyst to join Team Snapchat! We’re looking for someone who has a strong tech background and is great at breaking complex ideas down into digestible copy that’s easy to read. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with various members of the Customer Operations and Product Management team to design intelligent, logical flows for communicating information — be that on a website, in a support article, a canned email, or otherwise.
What you’ll do:
• Own all written content related to Snap Ads and On-Demand Geofilters

• Publish new how-to articles using our CMS tools
• Work with localization to ensure updated content is translated and available in several languages in a timely manner
• Review and help train Support team members on how to improve their writing to improve their communication with Snapchatters and advertisers
• Internalize the Snapchat voice, and distribute it across all of your work to cultivate a fun and consistent tone
What we’re looking for:
• A college degree
• 2+ years professional writing experience is mandatory
• Experience managing projects and/or large amounts of content is preferred
• Experience writing for an ad tech and B2B audience
• Experience writing support content for consumer products preferred, with an ability to anticipate common questions around a new product or feature launch
• An incredibly detail-oriented and organized person who never misses a period or an oxford comma
• An ability to adapt quickly and compromise with others (including members of the Legal team) without compromising our voice and integrity
• Copy editing experience preferred
• Experience working with a localization team preferred
