Job Description
As part of the Ad Operations team, taking care of trafficking advertising campaigns and interconnecting various advertising and data platforms, the Ad Operations Manager will:
Responsibilities
• Traffic campaigns across multiple digital marketing platforms including DSP and Adserver;
• Be actively involved in deployment of ad tech tools & Ad Ops processes;
• Ensure data flow between DMP, DSP, Adserver, and additional tools;
• Work with cross-functional teams to determine taxonomies;
• QA adherence to naming conventions for all digital marketing activities;
• Recommend and implement tagging across owned and operated properties;
• Work with vendors to ensure tracking needs are met;
• Be the point person for any tracking issues and troubleshooting aberrancies;
• Work closely with media, analytics, and data team, as well as vendors;
• Stay current with vendor offerings and vet/recommend changes and upgrades to existing tech stack.
Qualifications
• Bachelor in marketing, administration or bachelor in maths, computer science or similar;
• 3-6 years of experience implementing and managing ad tech team members;
• In-depth familiarity with ad-servers, DMPs, DSPs, and the digital media ecosystem in general;
• Proven track-record of implementing and successfully interconnecting ad-tech;
• Experience with ad trafficking (display, mobile, & video) across multiple platforms;
• Familiarity with tag management systems;
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and time efficient;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required;
• Experience working with remote teams an asset;
• Knowledge of video game industry a plus;
• Available to travel 4 to 5 times a year to the USA.
