Job Summary
| Major goals and objectives.
The Copywriter has a deep understanding of concepting, digital storytelling, and how to translate it using best practice, across all digital and print executions. This position works closely with an Art Director partner, ACD, UX and Production from conception through final execution. This candidate should possess experience acquiring and maintaining knowledge of client branding, messaging, goals, regulatory requirements, and features as they pertain to a portfolio of pharmaceutical products.

50% -Concept, write, execute and oversee visual phases of assigned projects.
40% -Works as a team member with Copywriters, Design, Account and Production staff to meet client and Integrated Marketing goals and objectives on assigned projects.
10% -Communicates with clients in an effective and professional manner

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements| All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or related field. Equivalent training and/or experience accepted as substitute.
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 4 years as a pharmaceutical copywriter. Experience within facial aesthetics and/or cosmetics a plus.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Superior writing and research skills including strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to craft phrases suitable for client/brand voice and write within a highly regulated environment
• Possesses understanding of digital best practice
• Experience writing print and digital marketing materials as well as digital tools and websites.
• Experience supporting promotional claims with appropriate medical references.
• Precise attention to detail.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines.
• The flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
• Resilience under the pressure of time and client demands.
• Resourcefulness and self-initiative.
• A questioning mind and a creative spirit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications.
