Ticketing interns learn how to interact with our ticketing system, capture data for Marketing department and brainstorm ideas for increased ticket sales, maintain a rewards program for internal TM outlet, and perform other tasks as needed by ticketing staff
Duties for the Ticketing Intern include:
• Process internal ticketing requests and coordinate ticketing information for staff and customers
• Assist in coordinating ticketing information for staff and consumers
• Assist in compiling show guest lists from media partners for box office
• Aide with ecards and other ticketing/marketing materials
• Support ticketing staff in box office preparation
• General administrative and office tasks
Internship Qualifications
• Must be a junior or senior at a full-time and accredited college or university
• Appropriate major in related field to desired position
• Love for music
• Involvement in college music program/entertainment program is a plus
• Ability to facilitate customer service
• Ability to work well with deadlines, multitask, great organization skills, and detail orientated
• Works well in a team environment
• Commitment to 16-20 hours work per week during semester
• Provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Computer literacy in MS Office programs (or other programs if the position demands it, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.)
• Graphic design knowledge is a plus
• Can provide own housing and transportation to and from Goldenvoice office in San Francisco, CA
