Summary:
Responsible for providing analytical support for Business Services portfolios and programs, including maintenance of underlying portfolio data, and ensuring program compliance with Portfolio Governance processes and standards. Prepares bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports; monitors and reports status of critical program activities; Assists with documentation, monitoring, and communication of program assumptions and key risks to appropriate stakeholders. Works with a cross-functional team that encompasses representation from all portfolios to understand current program state and challenges. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities.
Core Responsibilities:
• Receives, processes and synthesizes large volumes of information or data
• Aggregates portfolio and program data to produce reports for senior leadership
• Monitors program status and potential deviations from plans
• Assists with preparation of stakeholder communications such as 90 and 180 Day Deployment Plans
• Works with business, program, and system owners to understand, track and monitor success metrics for each new product, system or process
• Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment
• Creates and modifies standardized document templates to be used across all portfolios
• Exposure or familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Microsoft Project Online
• Must be extremely detail oriented and have critical-thinking abilities
• Must have expertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure or familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus;
• Manages time effectively
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
