Overview and Responsibilities
This Coordinator of International Digital Marketing is responsible administrative support to the team; as well as coordinator responsibilities including reviewing and disseminating materials both internally and with outside agencies, administrating editorial and social media campaign objectives via social media platforms and direct communication with local markets, coordination of department financial responsibilities internally and with outside agencies. As this position plays multiple roles within the department, the Coordinator of International Digital Marketing needs to be an enthusiastic problem solver who thrives on being engaged at all levels and considers no task too challenging for them to resolve. The ideal candidate should have experience in an agency, studio or network environment working with and implementing digital advertising and online social campaigns, while understanding the limitations and possibilities of the medium. Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the two primary functions:
• Manage all incoming and outgoing PO’s for the Department, while keeping track of budgets and spending for all titles
• Competitive review & report of other studio releases
• Assist in creating filmmaker & vendor presentation decks
• Detailed Searches of New Technology, Digital & Creative Agencies that will benefit the department, and Bringing Opportunities to the Team at Large
• Prepare Reports PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word as Required
• Collecting and Analyzing Information, with our Analytics Partners Aggregating Social Reaction to Materials
• Handle All Department Travel & Expenses for department SVP, VP & Director
• Secure Information by Completing Materials Backups into Department Shared Drives
• Liaison Materials Between Departments for Editorial, Creative & Social
• Manage & Hire Department Interns, while Overseeing their Day-to-Day Duties Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in online/offline marketing, advertising or related business
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred
• Experience at an agency or studio/TV network environment executing digital creative and social campaigns
• Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development and brand development
Additional Qualifications
• Self-starting, organized and detail oriented, as this position interacts with numerous internal groups (both in home office and 50+ marketing teams worldwide)
• Thorough understanding of social platforms, including posting best-practices, mastery of Analytics/Insights tools, etc.
• Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
