We’re looking for an App Support Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you will help keep Snapchatters’ accounts secure, as well as answer their questions about the Snapchat app. Working from our London office, you’ll work with the App Support team to provide high quality support to Snapchatters around the world.
What you'll do:
• Review App Support tickets and take appropriate action per operations policies
• Identify and escalate potential bugs and trends to cross-functional teams
• Become an expert in our customer service ticketing system
• Make suggestions for workflow efficiency and growth
What we’re looking for:
• Someone with a college degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency in both English and Arabic
• Someone with high attention to detail
• Experience living and working in an Arabic-speaking country preferred
• Ability to focus and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Someone who can respond to unexpected and highly sensitive challenges
• Great judgement and ability to problem-solve, both independently and with peers
• Flexible work-hours: full-time, weekends, and late nights as needed
