We’re looking for a Web & Content Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you will critically analyze Snapchat’s online support resources, as well as propose and execute on new innovations and improvements that allow us to best support Snapchatters around the world. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the Operations, Product, Content, Engineering, and other teams throughout the company to deliver excellent customer support experiences to Snapchatters around the world.
What you’ll do:
• Identify new content sources that most effectively answer Snapchatters’ questions
• Analyze the external-facing support website for improvements and optimizations in regards to design, user experience, data collection, and more
• Coordinate with the Product, Content, Operations, and Engineering teams to forecast, test, and smoothly launch website updates
• Improve quality assurance processes
• Enhance infrastructure and methodologies for reporting and analyzing the support website
• Research market leaders in customer support, recommend new innovative capabilities, and implement new support website functions
• Advise cross-functional teams on content additions and website changes for efficient planning and execution, while aligning with overall brand and user experience
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, design, and communications,
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in journalism, web design, communications, or related field
• Knowledge of web design software and languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, PHP)
• Deep knowledge of building and enhancing websites and online resources
• A detail-oriented personality with strong business acumen
• Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
• A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
