Position Summary:
The Project Manager will do project planning for 360L experience representing the marketing requirements and tracking the completion and delivery with IT, Product Development, Marketing and Call Center Operations. Primary project will be facilitating marketing aspects of Beta and User acceptance testing for 360L (a new in-car experience). Candidate must be able to track critical path items along with supporting initiatives in a cloud based project management tool or Microsoft software. Note: The beta is already conceptualized and built, this role is not responsible for beta development or UX customer experience; but rather is focused on garnering feedback and sharing information across diverse marketing teams. Critical work will be documenting and managing the feedback to and from marketing to IT/Development with specific task list with completion dates.
The right candidate has demonstrated ability to crystalize issues through diagrams (ie Smartgraphics in PowerPoint) which impact marketing, product and IT in order to show status of project, raise a problem and recommendation, and illustrate roadmap over next 6 months.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and document roles and responsibilities for Beta users (SiriusXM employees and customers).
• Collect and communicate marketing expectations for the Beta, in a document, to be shared with Development group. Collection of information will be in verbal and written forms.
• Document feedback from Beta users into PowerPoint presentation and share with Marketing.
• Update and change the existing spreadsheet with user stories to track which marketing requirements are in the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) vs post-MVP requirements.
• Host or participate in weekly tag-up with development team & track new or open items which need to be prioritized in next Sprint (release).
• Establish template for change requests for Beta, or Go-to-Market of 360L.
• Host bi weekly webex to walk through lifecycle customer experience for 360L for brand marketing and edit, document language in Ux so that it is updated for Beta or Launch. Note: experience already created.
• Maintain constant communication with Product Management team for 360L during Beta period.
• Update and maintain initiatives calendar for Revenue or Products as needed.
• Open change requests or creative services tickets as needed.
• Weekly creation of power point presentation to illustrate project.
• Must be able to:
◦ write process flows,
◦ document meeting notes and any issues or agreements within 4 hour turnaround time,
◦ capture issues or problems and corresponding recommendation with a 24-hour turnaround.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• There are no supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Overall 8-10 years project management experience with marketing organization.
◦ 5+ years working in marketing, product marketing or management organizations.
◦ 2+ years writing or tracking go-to-market launch plans.
◦ 1 year defining business requirements in waterfall or agile methodology, collaborating with Product Development or IT teams.
◦ 1 year experience with call center -- in a subscription based company.
• Ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority.
• Proven execution of tools to track and plan deliverables.

• Demonstrated ability work collaboratively across creative and technical teams.
• Exceptionally strong attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels from VP to manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able and willing to travel between DC and Lawrenceville, NJ or NY offices 1x a month.
• Passion for documentation of all information that will generate decision making on a daily basis for duration of the project.
• Works well in matrix managed organization to bring projects to fruition.
• Able to understand technical and marketing requirements and able to translate marketing requirements into technical specifications.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Experience with Jama/Jira or Confluence preferred.
• Experience using Aha! a plus.
