Position Summary:
SiriusXM is looking for a strong leader and collaborative team player to drive our strategic automotive partnerships in the areas of business development, technology adoption, account management, and strategic OEM marketing. This role will have a primary focus on our Toyota and Lexus business / marketing partnerships, but will also direct integrated marketing efforts with Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infiniti, Hyundai, Kia and Mitsubishi.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Focus on devising, planning and executing strategic go-to-market program initiatives that will increase SiriusXM application rate (penetration) and subscriber growth (conversion) for both SiriusXM and our OEM partners.
• Driving adoption of SiriusXM's next generation technology platform, solutions, and features (both in the US & Asia) in cooperation with SiriusXM's engineering, infotainment, and marketing teams.
• Maintaining and expanding senior level relationships within Toyota, Lexus and the other OEMs marketing organizations.
• Set business goals that align teams from marketing, engineering, technology, IT, etc. around joint objectives for both SiriusXM and our OEM partners.
• Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget and devise contracts that dictate the execution and allocation of those dollars.
• Ultimate responsibility for all relevant contracts (MSA, SOWs, Amendments, etc.)
• Gather key information on client's priorities, development, competitive actions, etc.
• Communicate this key information from the OEMs within SiriusXM to drive timely responses, overall strategy, product decisions, and ultimately prioritization of initiatives.
• Identification of new, joint business opportunities, establishing specific implementation milestones, and developing / executing plans to achieve them.
• Provide strategic direction for key marketing objectives and goals across the Asia Pacific OEM Partners. - Work with the Automotive Remarketing team to drive SiriusXM's pre-owned business.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to formulate accurate short term and long term forecasts of the Toyota / Lexus business.
• Interface with Information Systems to ensure seamless data transmission from the OEMs.
• Partner with Engineering to best forecast radio head unit rollout schedules and capabilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Supervision of 2-3 Director/Senior Manager level team members.
• Cross-functional collaboration will be essential in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA degree or similar Master's degree a plus.
• A minimum of 10+years of business experience; specific experience working at or with an automotive marketing agency, OEM, or Tier 1 preferred.
• Background in technology, business, economics, psychology, and/or Marketing (agency or in-house) is preferred.
• Experience with developing and executing across all aspects of a partner-led business, including engagement with product development and launch, marketing, channel program execution.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel both domestically and overseas (Japan and Korea).
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
