Position Summary:
• Serve a key role for implementing initiatives supporting Marketing, IT, Analytics business partners.
• Primary point person to review and manage incoming new initiatives, ensure that all requirements are comprehensive and aligned with capabilities.
• Analyze and translate campaign/business, data, and application needs in order to enable the execution of new initiatives and enhance future capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing project status updates through a workflow management system, and being responsible for communicating timely updates to all related business partners and team members.
• Troubleshooting complex campaign data issues.
• Sizing initiatives across multiple business.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, project assignments, and follow-through on start-to-end project delivery.
• Representing the team on key weekly meetings with business stakeholders.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• None.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years practical experience in coding, testing and implementing campaign data initiatives.
• Experience in a high-volume campaign production environments.
• 5+ years Teradata SQL coding experience.

• Good public speaking and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills.
• Creative writing ability.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Strong skill with SQL/Relational Databases.
• Familiar with database marketing concepts such as audience switches, compliance concerns, and customer segmentation.
• Experience with testing and quality control processes.
• Experience with data mapping, knowledge of marketing data hierarchies System.
