Position Summary:
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and evolving a new product for Sirius XM. S/he will manage one or more Agile Scrum teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Define and drive roadmap for Scrum teams working on a new Sirius XM product.
• Work closely with UX designers, Developers, Data Scientists, Content Teams and external partners to develop the core experiences for both users and Content Teams.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and develop a prioritized backlog.
• Utilize user behavior data, financial data and A/B testing to prioritize the development of features and projects.
• Budget development and management.
• Manage one or more Scrum teams and work closely with the Scrum Master, Development lead and QA to ensure a regular release cadence on assigned platform(s).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in product management of consumer digital / software products.
• Agile training and experience preferred.
Requirements and General Skills:
• Knowledge in media and entertainment.
• Experience in Product Management in Streaming Services.
• Ability to utilize and interpret data to drive and support product decisions.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing of UI/UX concepts.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Comfortable working with talent, artists and high-profile individuals.
• Good public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Agile tools experience.
• Adobe Design Suite a plus.
