We’re looking for a stunning Talent Operations Business Analyst to join our lean yet growing global recruiting team. At Netflix, talent acquisition is a priority. You’ll be responsible for operationalizing recruiting tools/integrations, develop analytic dashboards and being solutions oriented.
In this role, you will:
• Ensure data integrity by understanding business workflows and back-end data structure
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards. Build the analytics infrastructure to identify macro and micro trends
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to assist with problem solving
• Partner with internal and external teams to deep dive on trends and build projects to continuously improve the effectiveness of the operations
• Operationalize the technology needs of the recruiting team - identifying needs, determining solutions and integrating tools and systems
About you:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with changing information
• Advanced level Excel and data management skills - Tableau skills preferred
• Effective and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross functional team members
• A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem solving
• Have implemented various HRIS /ATS systems or recruiting tools while delivering internal KPIs
• 3+ years of experience within Talent or HR operations
