We’re looking for a Geofilter Support Specialist to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you will help create amazing experiences for Snapchatters interested in On-Demand Geofilters. Working from our offices located around the world, you’ll work with the On-Demand Geofilter team to support Snapchatters as they create, submit, and purchase Geofilters.
What you’ll do:
• Follow up on Snapchatters’ inquiries regarding the On-Demand Geofilter creation and submission process
• Troubleshoot Geofilter activation and tool errors
• Correspond with Snapchatters to make sure they have the best experience possible
• Collaborate with the Customer Operations team to identify and prioritize On-Demand Geofilter questions and feedback
What we’re looking for:
• A college degree
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• An organized and detail oriented mindset
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Someone who thrives in a team environment
• Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment and balance multiple workflows
• Someone who can work flexible shifts which may include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• An understanding of what makes for good customer experiences
• Passion for supporting Snapchatters!
