Overview and Responsibilities
• Mine viewership / social insights across current and future platforms, both in social analytics and social listening spaces.
• Conduct ad-hoc, custom analyses to answer Research Questions both small and large across Paramount divisions
• Help build Creative Testing research menu to identify optimal creative, context, and audience
• Create aligned POV on media metrics, including media metric definitions and identification of key success metrics
• Help Create unified business intelligence strategy across Marketing to ensure common metrics / criteria for decision-making
• Assess various metrics / signals to improve long-lead B.O. forecasting
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as required.
Basic Qualifications
• BS/BA in Finance or Economics or related field, MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years market research, digital marketing and/or analytics
• Entertainment, consumer products, brand management or packaged goods experience a plus.
• Expert Excel skills. Ability to streamline models and increase data accuracy using Excel.
