We are in search of a Marketing Analytics Managerfor Rakuten Super Logistics, an integral piece of the parent company of Viki Inc., Rakuten. The role will be a point person for the marketing analytics team around understanding how both the sales and marketing processes are impacting one another and will bridge the gap between Marketing and Sales. This person will be responsible for drilling into the effectiveness of various B2B marketing campaigns and must be able to communicate to leadership what tactics are working and what must change based on the IRR calculations. In addition to traditional marketing efforts like email, paid search, display advertising and Direct Mail, this manager must also be familiar with and understand how much value is being driven by non-traditional marketing efforts like large scale events and nurture campaigns. This role will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada. No relocation will be provided. Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Perform multi-touch attribution analysis to create the most thorough view of IRR at the marketing and sales level
• Coordinate integration of Direct Mail and Outbound campaign information into various database platforms such as CRM and marketing automation
• Work closely to maintain the integrity of the data as well as refine business rules around key metrics when needed
• Oversee the consolidation of recurring reports and extraneous data sources
• Attend a cross-functional task force as the Marketing Analytics representative and manage the task flow
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 3+ years experience
• Extensive industry experience in database marketing and marketing campaign execution
• Familiarity with attribution analysis and multi-touch marketing
• Previous B2B industry experience preferred
• Previous experience working with CRM platforms
• Experience working with financial models and forecasting
• Experience with marketing automation/campaign management programs like HubSpot, Pardot and/or Marketo
