Job Description:

Senior Strategy Managers will be responsible for leading and formulating the entire Strategy on multiple cross-functional project teams, business development initiatives, and retainer accounts. They will plan, develop, and deliver a robust and cohesive Strategy, one that will successfully serve as the foundation and guidance for the work of our User Experience, Creative, and Technology teams.
At Razorfish, the components of a Strategy engagements vary depending on the client we are working with, but might include the following modules: business goals and objectives, strategic plans, creative briefs, qualitative and quantitative research, strategic recommendations, digital visioning, stakeholdering, workshop facilitation, valuation and business case development, organizational design, process optimization, digital roadmap development, future state visualizations, and other modules depending on need.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure completion of all component Strategy activities mentioned above.
• Serve as a key point of contact for client questions about the Strategy.
• Manage a team of Strategists responsible for the supporting research and deliverables.
• Provide oversight to ensure that other Disciplines are effectively bringing the Strategy to life.
• Attend and represent their teams at key conferences throughout the year
• Publish intellectual capital for the Strategy Group and for the other functional teams to which they belong.
• Be responsible for the mentorship and career progression of one or two other Strategists on the team.
• Advise on project and staffing plans, and will share responsibility for informing and engaging clients as the project progresses.
Qualifications:
Skills
• Ability to communicate in a persuasive and compelling fashion.
• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and delegating to a small team.
• Ability to interface with and communicate effectively with Senior-level clients.
• Proficiency with user-centered design principles.
• Experience in the following digital capabilities: advertising and media, brand engagement, social and mobile.
• Domain expertise in any of the following industries a plus: automotive, financial services, e-commerce/retail.
Qualifications
• Graduate degree in any business-related field, with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital, or management consulting -OR-
• Undergraduate degree, with 7 to 9 years of experience in marketing, digital, or management consulting
• Preferred experience in automotive industry
