As a member of the HR leadership team, you will help support the strategic decision making process through analytics, heavy data driven approach, and people-focused mindset. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information.

What You’ll Do
Project Management
• Respond to ad hoc requests and analytical projects from the CHRO and the leadership team by providing deep insight and actionable recommendations.
• Track, measure, interpret and predict important strategic decisions in order to optimize our people services. Synthesize discussions and actions from weekly HR leadership staff meeting into succinct updates for Staff.
• Serve as the “chief project manager” of Twitter’s HR team.
• Dig in to understand issues you uncover, collaborating with stakeholders to quantify and address material risks.
• Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep our local teams as efficient as possible.
• Network across the global HR team to gather updates, monitor performance progress and risks, synthesizing and presenting the information to HR Leadership team and/or Twitter executives.
HR Communications
• Communicate insights on a regular basis to the appropriate stakeholders and leaders. Create and deliver impactful presentations with actionable insights.
• Interact with and influence executives, and provide advice that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style.
• Manage Employee Communications specialist, who will develop and execute creative strategies to amplify the work of the HR function to both employees and external audiences.
Your Background
Minimum qualifications:
• BA/BS degree with a quantitative of business focus (e.g. economics, mathematics, finance, marketing or human resources) or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business/management consulting, project management, business analytics, strategy development, business operations and/or internal communications in corporate, government or non-profit organizations.
• Direct experience supporting an executive/principal.
• Demonstrated experience deploying process excellence, streamlining business processes and leading organizational changes.
Preferred qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field (MBA or other).
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments, while maintaining attention to detail and managing to tight deadlines.
• Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get surface relevant data. Self-starter attitude is a must!
• Experience project management and coordinating content for events and digital media.
• Exceptional Excel / data management skills. Ideal candidate brings some impressive know-how (and the understanding that there’s always more to learn).
• Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines, and collaborate across different teams around the globe.
• Proven communicator with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
