Responsibilities:
Maximize exposure for PLG artists by leading efforts to dominate the Christian radio on-air and online space. Lead creation and execution of innovative and custom promotions in major markets and with influential radio and digital clients while creating mass appeal promotions for all secondary markets and clients
• Proactively invest in major markets to create and execute promotions around singles and albums, film releases, and digital content
• Develop, cultivate and leverage top level relationships with promotions/marketing staff with radio and digital clients
• Work with major market radio stations/networks and influential digital clients to maximize artist exposure through local events, promotions, and other opportunities not related to specific PLG singles/ albums
• Build custom promotions with top radio clients
• Build broad appeal promotion with secondary radio clients
• Evaluate effectiveness of radio and digital promotions through sales analytics
• Manage tour schedules looking for opportunities to connect artists with radio and digital clients while in a city
• Respond to incoming requests for artist interviews and coordinate with management to fulfill
• Oversee the planning and details of radio department events
• Travel to radio stations as needed with or without artists to help with promotions locally
• Partner with Provident Films to support promotional needs for theatrical releases. Manage any temporary or contracted help for film promotion.
