Overview and Responsibilities
Workflow Management
• Review and stay on top of digital workflow docs presented by the digital marketing team
• Produce weekly and daily agendas/workflow docs based on the digital workflow docs
• Cue Sheet Management to obtain clearance and estimates where possible
• Finishing management - Send Finishing memos as spots are shipped
Creative Prep & Review
• Vendor Management – organizing and managing of all creative assets on a day to day basis
• Work with assistant to manage PORs, budgets and ensure everything is accurate, vendors are being paid on time
Creative Development
• Listen in on Research calls and take notes to help drive creative
• Organize decks/docs from Marketcast, focus groups, Research for easy reference retrieval
• Brainstorm concepts for AV / Digital / Social
◦ Copywriting exercises
◦ Thoughts on spots effectiveness
Basic Qualifications
• 1-2 years of marketing / Entertainment experience
• Previous exposure to digital media
Additional Qualifications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Limited understanding of evolving media landscape
• Proactive approach and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Attention to detail with big picture perspective
