Job Description
Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a full-time Senior Programmatic Advertising Manager. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with DSPs, DMPs, data providers, and other programmatic platforms, as well as have a thorough understanding of the digital advertising eco-system. This person will manage the development, implementation, and daily optimization of programmatic display and video ads across multiple brands. They will also manage junior staff. This position will work in a team atmosphere alongside other members of the online marketing group as well as the offline advertising and promotions teams. It is a fast-paced and demanding environment and, as such, strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills are essential.
Responsibilities
• Directs and manages the daily work flow of all brand programmatic display and video programs.
• Creates and executes programmatic strategies and plans for each brand
• Understands programmatic and display optimization best practices and articulates knowledge and deliverables to brand and senior management effectively
• Manages onboarding offline data into online marketing platforms
• Manages online data collection for remarketing and conversion tracking
• Manages reporting and budget monitoring across programmatic campaigns
• Interfaces with analytics, brand, and broader internal media teams
• Coordinates efforts with agency, internal teams, and partners
• Provides thought leadership to brand on programmatic display and video campaigns
• Manages budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicing
• Continuously refines programmatic buys to meet and improve upon objectives
Qualifications
• 3-6 years direct experience managing Display and Video programs
• Experience with DMP, DSP and retargeting platforms
• Exceptional analytic skills and ability to relate results to cross functional teams
• Understand HTML, JavaScript, API and other web technologies
• Keen aptitude for improving campaign performance using solid test & control fundamentals, data analysis, and identifying key business opportunities in the data
• Deep experience with display technologies including ad servers exchanges, DMPs, DSPs, etc. with a sound understanding of the online advertising ecosystem
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work with both technical and business teams
