The Opportunity/The Territory Sales Rep (Your Job)
Do you love to ring the sales gong? We are hiring high-energy sales professionals with sound business acumen and a minimum of 1+ years’ quota-carrying inside sales experience who rise to the challenge of new business sales every work day of the week.
Primary efforts include:
Making daily outbound customer and prospect calls (20-30+)) to understand customer requirements in order to recommend and effectively sell Autodesk product or industry solutions.
Closing deals, primarily with the channel and increasing sales and average deal sizes by upselling, add-on and cross-selling a proven and customer-loved portfolio of Autodesk products within one of 3 key verticals: AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), Manufacturing or Media & Entertainment.
Demonstrated sales experience consistently exceeding quota in a structured, disciplined, inside sales environment that includes high transactional volume and collaborative/team selling.
What additional Sales experience can you expect? (besides being battled-tested and field-ready)
-Navigating Digital Tools and Social Media Channels to build relationships and prospect (tools such as Linked-In, Twitter, Professional / Corporate Facebook Content, Industry Communities
-Salesforce.com and the power of CRM, sales methodology/playbook
-Ongoing training, mentoring and coaching from a team committed to your success
-Learn to leverage marketing campaigns and partner channels for opportunity management, pipeline generation and forecasting
-Solution selling: learn how to create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by listening to their business needs and qualifying the appropriate Autodesk solutions to accelerate their business. You’ll transform companies and your career at the same time.
What else do you need to be successful?
-A relentless focus on learning our industries so that you can consistently blow out your numbers
-Ability to build strong relationships for business planning with each partner and with the partner management team to extend the impact of channel partners on your sales
-Experience with a sales methodology (TAS) and CRM solution is advantageous
-4 year College/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
APAC specific:
Language/communication skills in English plus as required in relevant countries:
ANZ - English, India – (Hindi, Kannada), GCR (Mandarin, Taiwanese), Indonesia (Bahasa), Thailand (Thai), Malaysia (Malay), Japan (Japanese) and Korea (Korean)
