XFINITY products are famously fast, technically advanced and reliable. So when something’s not right, customers want it resolved just as quickly. If you’re a smart troubleshooter with a passion for all things technical, this Helpdesk role could be an ideal showcase for your talents.
Working via phone, email and/or instant messaging, you’ll identify and troubleshoot a full range of hardware/software issues involving PC’s, browsers, e-mail, personal webpages, connectivity/ firewalls, routers/hubs and more. You’ll talk through and educate customers throughout the resolution process, and recommend other XFINITY products and services based on their needs.
In addition to your technical ability, you must be a strong, patient communicator able to deal with customers in a productive and diplomatic fashion. You’ll also need proficiency in Windows and Mac products and have a strong background in internet/IP, web browsers, e-mail and other PC operating and connectivity technologies. You should have experience in a technical customer service setting and the ability to quickly get up to speed on new XFNITY products as they’re introduced.Fluent in another language?
