If the answer is an enthusiastic “yes” than you may be the person we’re looking for to join our dynamic team as a Channel Execution Specialist within the Bell Corporate Stores organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Proactively identify gaps and lead stakeholders across all lines of business to a viable solution to fill the gap
• Participate in development and prioritization of short and long term strategic programs and plans
• Support and guide all parties involved within a program to embrace effective governance throughout the life cycle of projects
• Leverage Project Management discipline and practices to Maintain key project deliverables, project plans, communication plans and status reports.
• Establish project management documentation and process to collaborate with stakeholders to establish and prioritize project objectives/requirements, critical success factors and project risks.
• Establish KPI’s to hold vendors and stakeholders accountable to deliver on established performance indicators and report updates accordingly.
• Liaise with vendors and peers to develop and drive goals, define technical specs and detailed implementation plans for projects
• Establish communication strategy and process to ensure continuous tracking and measures are clearly defined and evolving throughout the projects ensure clear understanding of all elements of strategies and solutions
Critical Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• PMP Certification is highly desirable
• Proven track record with minimum of 5 years of experience managing and delivering large scale projects
• Strong Project Management skills including scheduling, budgeting and controlling all aspects of projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines on a consistent basis.
• Highly self-motivated with proactive approach to problem solving, multi-task oriented team member with ability to self-manage tasks to completion within structured timelines
• Thrive in a high pressure environment with changing priorities, with customer satisfaction as a top priority
• Strong PC skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Project, Visio)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and articulate to all levels of management representing both technical and business perspectives
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills. French language skills would be beneficial
• A rating of effective or greater in the Bell Success Profile (for internal candidates)
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
