Job Summary:
Responsible for the development and implementation of key frontline recruiting and retention strategies for the Regional Office. Strong Talent Management leader who can provide strategy, guidance and expertise for end-to-end talent acquisition, management, and succession planning. Designs and monitors key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and retention efforts. Ensures compliance with Company's guideline to meet FCC and OFCCP guidelines regarding hiring reports and records. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Provides leadership and direction for team which may include multiple functional areas. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing budget.
Core Responsibilities:
• Talent Leader for the region. Knows talent, specifically focuses on professional through Mgr. Partners with the HR team and the professional recruiting team to create exposure to Talent, development and strong succession planning
• Partners with HR to led the Regional Talent Calibration and TMP strategy. Leads the Talent Management calibration and succession planning for the region for professional through manager levels.
• Strong external talent leader who is in the community, building Comcast's brand with Community partners, boards, and chambers
• Trains new leaders on the West Division Talent Management Strategy and ensures that every talent decision aligns to the strategy
• Strong Workforce planning discipline that achieves a 100%+ staffing during of the year. Leveraging tools, analytics and
• Career Coach with professional level employees to vet career aspirations, goals and support to achieve.
• Partners with HR to ensure IDP and development for all employees
• Knows the talent regionally and sits in on final interviews to ensure strong succession candidates are selected
• Strong Team leader with a track record of selecting, developing and promoting talent
• Develops a regional diversity plan that feeds into and aligns with the West Division strategy
• Establishes a strong military plan that aligns with the West Division strategy
• Strong territory management and discipline of recruiting activities directing the activities of the RBP that lead the field strategy for the RPO that can show results and ROI
• Implements and manages a regional referral program that capitalizes on ROI and business results. Shares regional results and best practices that align with the WD strategy
• Develops and implements solutions to hiring impediments with full partnership of the HR Leaders and Talent leads, including continuous improvement of enterprise processes and tools, including systems administration for Talent Acquisition System.
• Strong local networking capabilities with a pipeline of talent that feeds into the frontline and the division professional recruiting team
• Develops recruitment metrics with the management team that drives optimal staffing performance. Collaborates with recruitment team and other departments to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes.
• Directs frontline recruiting initiatives including integration of assessment tools, employment branding, employee referral program, relocation, and interview skills training, etc.
• Organizes and conducts education programs to ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and company policy related to recruitment and placement.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification:
