In this role, your main responsibility will be consolidation and reporting of management accounts.
Your responsibilities
• Ensure the timely, complete and correct preparation of monthly management accounts in line with Group reporting timetables
• Consolidation in Hyperion Financial Management to prepare a consolidated group P&L, a consolidated group cash flow statement as well as divisional performance overviews
• Support the monthly bank reporting process including covenant calculation and reporting
• Maintain a comprehensive Group management reporting structure aligned with business requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with divisional Management Reporting, Planning and Analysis teams globally and provide guidance in terms of Group management reporting processes
• Align matters of financial reporting with the Group Accounting team
• Prepare trading analyses based on the budget and prior year and prepare trading commentaries
• Prepare ad-hoc financial decision-making information for senior Group management
• Pro-actively drive change in both financial and non-financial reporting in order to improve visibility and decision-making in a fast-changing business environment
• Support the Group budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process
Your Profile
Essential
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in consolidation and/or management reporting
• Demonstrated knowledge and exercise of sound judgment in financial principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Ability to understand and analyze complex links and systems
• Analytical and conceptional thinker
• Teamplayer skills
• Fluency in English (B2-C1) and German (at least C1)
Desirable
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management
• Experience with SAP
