As we grow our CS organization globally with an internal site model, we are looking for a leader of talent acquisition to build and execute on a global recruiting strategy, leveraging local proven practices to attract the best leaders and agents.
The Director, Netflix CS Global Talent Acquisition will lead recruiting teams in multiple global locations responsible for attracting amazing leaders and agents within our customer service centers. Deep partnership and understanding of the business is at the core of our talent acquisition team philosophy. Our goal is to maintain a very high bar for the talent we hire. This is a high impact role requiring exceptional partnering skills with demonstrated ability and experience in developing a brand and recruitment strategy, influencing CS leadership to take the best approach, and deliver results. The ideal candidate has a passion for and experience in talent acquisition in a customer service environment that translates into ability to effectively determine where, how and what kind of talent would be game changers for Netflix.

What you will do:
• Design, direct and scale the global recruitment brand strategy and campaign for Global CS
• Provide leadership to site recruiting teams and direct effective recruitment and retention programs globally
• Develop and employ recruiting strategies, in partnership with local team, that allow for effective candidate identification and acquisition.
• Evaluate and implement technology, infrastructure, recruitment processes and assessments/tools that support the recruitment of the best talent globally
• Partner and provide thought leadership to CS leadership to define, pivot, and iterate recruitment strategies based on business needs
The qualifications you should have:
• 10+ years leading high performance recruiting teams in a customer service environment
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and articulate strategy
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a broad business perspective
• Seasoned recruiting leader who is able to thrive in our unique company culture
• Strong level of independence and efficiency; entrepreneurial minded
