Cumulus-Nashville (NASH FM 103.3, 95.5 NASH ICON, 104-5 The Zone, Super Talk 99.7 WTN and 92Q) is seeking an experienced Part-Time Sponsorship & Events Coordinator. The role as a Sponsorship & Events Coordinator will be to assist in the implementation, ideation, and execution of client centric events in the Nashville market for our cluster of radio stations. Big idea thinker with a passion for creativity is needed as well as high organization and on the spot problem solving skills.

Focus
The Sponsorship and Events Coordinator is a part-time opportunity in the ever growing radio industry to learn how to create and execute revenue-driven events and marketing campaigns in a five cluster radio station. Role will work with the Director of Sponsorship & Events to help ideate, integrate, and implement a series of events throughout the 2017 calendar year and beyond. This role will be pivotal to generate revenue in the sponsorship realm and will work both in office and at events as necessary in this fast paced and ever changing market.
• Event planning and production assistance
• Sponsorship fulfillment
• Recap reporting for clients
• Research in marketing/client category
• Brainstorming
• Assisting staff with on-site event execution
• Creation of digital elements for campaigns
• Creation of customized sales centric packages
Competency:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Photoshop and bonus
