It's an exciting time at Netflix. We are expanding at a fast pace and launching an unprecedented number of new original series, documentaries and films. We are looking for an amazing creative talent to lead creative ideation and development for our brand work.
Our business straddles the intersection of two exciting industries - tech and entertainment. We are redefining the way people discover and watch movies and TV shows. In this role, you will lead the development of creative ideas that will establish a strong emotional connection between Netflix and its audience globally.
You'll be part of the Global Creative Marketing Team developing ideas that promote our content and our brand. You must be an innovator, a creative visionary, a passionate creative who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. You must be curious and hungry about what's next and what has not been done yet. You must be a creative guru that has created, produced and launched multiple integrated, 360 campaigns, across print, television/video, online, outdoor, experiential and social media. Most of all, you must master the art or “pull advertising” in a world where disruptive advertising days are counted.

• Ability to drive creative across all media (TV, print,online display/rich media, online video, out of home, social media creative, motion graphics, grassroots and experiential creative)
• Ability to identify the beginning of a good idea and collaborate internally and externally to make it grow and blossom into an amazing pieces of content and experiences
• Attention to detail, especially in crafting the ideas, and follow through

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Originals and Brand Creative Team and CMO to set objectives and mold the creative process
• Manage, develop, lead, inspire creatives inside and outside the team
• Develop creative ideas, steward feedback to agencies and creative teams and socialize ideas with regional marketing and other internal teams
Requirements:
• Minimum 15 years of experience working at a leading Creative Agency, Client Creative Studio or Studio/TV Creative Department, driving and executing creative campaigns and tactics across all media, resulting in a track record of great and successful creative campaigns
Reporting:
• This role will be based in Beverly Hills within the Netflix Marketing group and will be part of the Global Creative Marketing team.
