Overview and Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will take initiative in ensuring the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development is supported and will be the face of the Executive’s office and department internally and externally.
The EA will support the EVP with general administrative duties including, but not limited to:
• screening and prioritizing mail and answering phone,
• coordinating internal and external meetings and appointments
• maintaining executives’ appointment calendar, correspondence
• maintaining a complete filing system
• distributing information/materials to staff
• making travel arrangements and preparing T & E reports
• assist in updating contact sheets and other departmental documents
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years of administrative experience
• Prior administrative experiences in a corporate or consumer products department
Additional Qualifications
• College degree preferred
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a high energy department
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Consistent and strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Able to represent the executive and department in a professional and composed manner
