Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Devise events and posts calendar in coordination with the internal communication and events committee
• Work with the Brand Manager to understand and adapt to our brand vision as Ubisoft and that of our games as required.
• Create communication assets ,newsletters , videos according to our brand guidelines
• Support the coordination of events , announcements , communication and production of goodies
• Post updates as relevant on our social networks
• Take and edit photographs and video assets
• Manage purchase orders and relationship with vendors for events
• Research relevant events for participation to optimize recruitment
• Work on updating documents about Abu Dhabi , update team on events and activities happening in the city
• Stay up to date with industry events and news
Key Skills:
• Specific experience should include online advertising, marketing, promotions, and events.
• Ability to effectively present ideas - both verbally and visually.
• Ability to work from brief to final product, inc. fast iterations
• Knowledge of graphic/visual/stylistic trends in Western art, films, games & TV shows
• Excellent initiative, self-motivation, organizational and problem solving skills, as well as teamwork and the ability to accept and follow direction
• Any of the following would also be an advantage – experience with other 2d packages such as Illustrator or InDesign, use of ZBrush, After Effects, video editing, as well as photography and more traditional arts.
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite 4, especially in graphic assets production with Photoshop
• Photography and video editing skills are a must
• A Gamer with passion for games is an additional plus
Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience in Marketing/Advertising campaign creation (web or mobile).
