Job Description:
ICF International seeks a Specialist to support Operations efforts for an operating group that specializes in domain areas that influence the fabric of our lives—with expertise in areas like public health, health informatics, environmental health, early and K-12 education, higher education, child welfare, housing, community development, at-risk children and families, and international development.
Our functional expertise includes training and technical assistance, monitoring and evaluation, survey research, data science, capacity building, implementation services and informatics. While our primary client is the U.S. federal government, SAS also works with states and localities, foundations, commercial clients, and international donor agencies.
This is a full time position based in our Rockville, MD office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrator of Group SharePoint site
• Assist with the development and maintenance of Group-wide metrics and reports based on qualitative/quantitative data analysis
• Apply methodology of relational data and troubleshoot, analyze and resolve issues
• Partner with HR and Business Leaders to carry out new employee on-boarding and off-boarding tasks
• Create, update and distribute monthly reports
• Assist in researching and reconciling operations reports
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years professional experience supporting business operations
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint 2007, 2010 and/or 2013; demonstrated proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level
• Advanced Excel skills to include experience with pivot tables, writing formulas and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred skills/experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics or a similar CRM System
• Experience working in a consulting or government contracting environment
• Experience with Taleo

• Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism, including ability to exercise judgment, discretion, tact and diplomacy while working with all levels of internal staff, across various teams and management styles
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Ability to proactively anticipate the needs of the business and the impact of processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and keen organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
