Job Description
Within a global environment, you work closely with our business teams, focusing on Customer Relationship Management teams (CRM). Within the International IT System Department of Ubisoft, you join the team dedicated to the development of player-oriented tools (CRM, Customer Service, etc.) and your mandate is to:
• Actively participate in improving the technological basis and applications of the CRM team to ensure the satisfaction of our business teams: development and evolution of CRM systems to interact with players on different channels ;
• Develop a strong understanding of business issues and the use made of CRM tools ;
• Collect, understand and challenge the needs of internal business partners ;
• Make a detailed and structured functional analysis of the CRM needs ;
• Formalize the detailed requirements / co-write stories from the backlog in collaboration with the product Owner;
• Ensure the overall coherence of needs ;
• Act as the functional reference for the CRM tools scope;
• Identify areas of improvement regarding the tools and suggest them to the business in order to provide a better added value from the CRM tools ;
• Possibly participate in user training for new features developed.
Furthermore, you may need to work on ad hoc data analysis enabling a better consumer knowledge and a more reliable data quality.
This job implies frequent business trips (every 3 months, 1 week duration approx).
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic international environment
• Excellent understanding and restitution regarding business issues
• Excellent writing ability and visual representation of business needs
• Ability to work on multiple subjects at once if needed
• Good knowledge / interest in data-oriented projects
• Fluent English

• Excellent structured thinking skills
• Proven experience in Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong curiosity and interest in deepening subjects and formalizing them
• Ability to ask lightening questions, resolve uncertainties and conflicts
• Team spirit providing abilities to work with open-mindedness, respect and kindness regarding to peers

• Good understanding of technical areas related to databases and computer systems designs
