We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Team Snap Inc.! You’ll drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as partner with business leaders to grow the company. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll be responsible for building out and managing Snap Inc.'s financial planning and analysis processes. We’re looking for someone with the highest performance standards who can deliver and thrive in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
What you’ll do:
• Drive internal discussions around near-term and long-term financial planning. Your work will help our executives make critical decisions
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, and use insights to drive meaningful action
• Communicate complex issues in a clear and concise way
• Work with engineers and product managers to understand the architecture of the core Snapchat application and supporting services, helping drive financial and operational improvements
• Work on building/expanding financial and operational reporting capabilities that provide Snap Inc.'s executive leadership with key insights about the business and help drive the right business decisions
• Partner with Accounting and other teams to complete projects efficiently and effectively
What we’re looking for:
• Undergraduate or MBA degree from a top university
• Strong track-record of business partnership and financial planning, and analytical experience within a top-tier company
• Experience implementing systems and processes
• Detail-oriented personality with business acumen and the ability to influence
• Ability to dive-deep and take complete ownership of projects, as well as handle competing priorities
• A background in computer science/engineering and the technology industry
• Entrepreneurial experience is preferred
