ASEAN Field Marketing Manager, Media & Entertainment

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced, creative marketing professional to take on the role of Field Marketing Manager for Autodesk Media & Entertainment (M&E) products and services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining, developing, and executing marketing programs to grow sales of 3ds Max, Maya, Flame and much more in the film & television and games industries in the ASEAN sales region (Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand).
You will collaborate with our product marketing, campaign development, marketing operations, and channel marketing teams to deliver marketing programs to find new customers, and help us keep and grow existing ones.
You will work closely with the ASEAN sales team to ensure your plans support their goals, and report back on how your marketing programs are working to drive sales. In addition, you will work with the wider APAC marketing team to deliver cross-regional and cross-industry marketing programs, identify and scale best practices, and manage annual planning.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a Field Marketing plan to acquire new M&E customers, retain existing customers, and win back non-transacting customers
• Build “trusted partner” relationships with the ASEAN sales team, and help them achieve their sales goals
• Measure and report on every aspect of your marketing programs, and continually strive to improve the results
• Represent ASEAN Field Marketing with key stakeholders, including M&E Industry Strategy and Marketing management (ISM), Sales, and Marketing Operations
• Manage cross-regional marketing investment tracking and reporting, program reporting, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning

How You Would Spend Your Day
• Managing marketing programs. You use sales and customer data, competitive analysis, and market trends to build effective marketing plans aligned to the company strategy. This is achieved on time and on budget using approved marketing systems, processes, suppliers and agencies.
• Working with internal teams. Being a member of a global Field Marketing team means you will be working with peers from around the world in all the industries we serve.
• Reporting results and metrics. You will manage marketing spend, tracking and reporting, and provide input on quarterly business reviews. All Field Marketing programs and results are clearly communicated to stakeholders.

About You
• At least 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in high-tech field marketing
• Experience with the Film &TV and/or Games industries
• Experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines, including demand generation, social media, online/search, direct marketing, event marketing, and advertising
• A clear communicator and team player
• Ability to influence others and drive decisions to closure
• Thrives in a dynamic, changing environment
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
• BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or communications
• Multilingual candidate strongly desired, but not required
