The Bell Mobility team offers a full range of wireless products and services for residential and business customers, including the largest selection of superphones on the fastest and most advanced network technology.
Position Description:
Reporting to the Director, Advertising and Web, the Digital Manager will be responsible for digital and social media strategy and execution, supporting Bell Mobility’s objectives. This is a fast paced role and requires the candidate to have a high degree of digital knowledge, project management experience and is an individual who takes initiative and is proactive and is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in the digital space.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
• Manage all digital and social campaigns for Bell, including: briefing of campaigns, management of creative and media process and monitoring and optimizing campaigns
• Defines objectives and KPI’s, understanding of benchmarks and seasonal trends
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the digital and social space and propose new and innovative ways to leverage the media to build the Bell brand and drive activations, up-sell and cross-sell
• Provide reporting on all campaigns and utilize reporting to optimize campaigns on a frequent basis
• Analyze insights to guide future digital and social media campaigns
• Propose tests that will allow us to solve business problems (example: test offers, new creative/copy, new audience segments, etc.)
• Develop and manage the social content calendar across all platforms ensuring that there is consistent and relevant content on all platforms
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications (Digital specialty) or similar discipline
• 5+ years of experience at a digital agency or in a similar brand role
• Extensive digital marking experience, which should include: social media, search advertising and display advertising
• Experience working with a variety of technology platforms and analytics tools
• Keen attention to detail and comfort building timelines are a must
• Strong copy writing and content development skills
• Self-motivated, experienced in working in teams
• Flexible, self-starter able to cope with ambiguity, and willing to embrace change
Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
• Specific experience with Google Analytics and DoubleClick Stack (DCM, DBM, Audience Center, etc), Adobe Analytics and Adobe Stack (Adhoc, AAM, etc), Sysomos, Lithium, Facebook Analytics
• Experience in both SEO and SEM
• Experience working directly with Facebook and Google
• Leadership experience managing team members
• Experience collaborating with external agency partners
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
