We want a talented Creative Innovation Producer to join our Product team. As a member of our design team, you'll be one of the architects of our mission and help build Netflix into a global Internet TV network.
What We Expect
You'll be working closely with product leads, creative, experience & motion designers, and external agencies to produce visually stunning and effective artwork for our testing and innovation efforts within the Netflix product. You will be responsible for the management, fulfillment & implementation of creative across numerous titles, ranging from in-product design a/b tests with existing assets to exploring new strategies for experimental creative. Your work will directly affect the future design and function of the Netflix member experience.
Your Basics:
• 7-10+ years working within an entertainment creative agency and/or in-house environment for a tech/retail/consumer brand
• Superior digital creative producing and project management skills
• Ability to guide the creative execution with internal design resources and agencies while adhering to test objectives and product best-practices
• Clear understanding of user experience and visual design specifications
• Eye for detailed, high-quality creative
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Even Better:
• Prior experience working within software products/apps
• Experience working with motion/video designers, editors and agencies
• Samples that show a breadth of produced work
• Experience in general entertainment art production
